SAMPLE ITINERARY

Arrive & Meet

Day 1 — Arrive & Settle In Welcome to Thailand! Arrive at Vikasa, get settled into your accommodations, and ease into the retreat with a relaxed welcome dinner, introductions, and an opening circle to set intentions for the week ahead.


Day 2 — Arrive & Awaken
Start your first full day with a sunrise Vinyasa flow overlooking the Andaman Sea, followed by a nourishing breakfast. The afternoon opens with a grounding workshop on the mind-body connection, and the evening winds down with a restorative Yin practice and journaling.

Day 3 — Move & Explore
Morning Sculpt class to energize the body, followed by free time to explore the island — think local markets, temples, or a dip in the sea. Evening group dinner and a community sharing circle.

Day 4 — Go Deep
A slower, more inward day. Morning meditation and breathwork session, followed by a workshop on rest and restoration inspired by the Seven Layers of Rest. Afternoon is fully free — massage, pool, nap, wander. Evening Yin yoga under the stars.

Day 5 — Rewild & Embody
The Rewild//Embody workshop takes center stage today — a somatic movement experience designed to get you out of your head and back into your body. Afternoon includes a group excursion (boat trip, beach, or cultural experience). Evening bonfire and connection time.

Day 6 — Integrate
Morning flow followed by a nutrition and wellness workshop with Kimmy. Afternoon is free for reflection, exploration, or one-on-one time with facilitators. Closing celebration dinner in the evening with a gratitude circle and ceremony to honor the week.

Day 7 — Release & Return A gentle morning meditation and closing practice to seal the experience. Farewells, final hugs, and departure — but leaving lighter, fuller, and more yourself than when you arrived.

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.

  • Now all that's left to do is pack your bags and get excited for your new adventure.
