Payment Terms

  • To secure your spot in the retreat, a non-refundable deposit of $800 is required upon registration.

  • The remaining balance may be paid in full at time of booking (a $400 discount applies for payment in full), or split into monthly installment payments.

What's Included

  • Seven nights of accommodation at Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort

  • Three meals per day

  • Daily retreat sessions, classes, and workshops led by Kimmy and Ashlee

  • Airport transportation

  • One excursion

What's Not Included

  • Airfare

  • Travel insurance (highly recommended)

  • Alcoholic beverages

  • Gratuities for resort staff

  • Personal expenses and souvenirs

  • Additional spa treatments or services

Cancellation Policy

  • Participant Cancellation:

    • Cancellations made 120 days or more prior to the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund of the balance paid, less deposit

    • No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 120 days prior to the retreat start date

    • Initial deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances

  • Organizer Cancellation:

    • In the event of retreat cancellation by the organizer, all payments made will be refunded in full.

Travel Insurance

We strongly advise all participants to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, delays, and medical expenses. Please note, Synergy Escapes and Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort are not liable for any injury, death, or other incidents that may occur during the retreat.

Acknowledgment of Risk

By booking and participating in this retreat, participants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in full. Participants understand the inherent risks associated with physical activity and agree to participate based on their own abilities and health. Synergy Escapes is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the retreat.

Health and Medical Information

Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions that could impact their participation in the retreat. Please inform us of allergies, injuries, or health concerns before the retreat.

Photography and Media Release

By participating in this retreat, participants acknowledge and consent to being photographed and filmed, with the potential use of images and footage for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing. Participants wishing to opt out of these practices should notify the retreat hosts in writing.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain respectful and considerate behavior throughout the retreat. Disruptive or disrespectful conduct toward fellow participants, retreat hosts, or venue staff may lead to removal from the retreat at the participant's expense.
